day 1, start over .keep trying,new day, new results
Again I think a lot of it is routine Sure,its nicotine in out systems we can taste it an feel withdrawals and all that I understand that but if we can just think of ways to to break out routine up it could help So again I am trying with the change in routine its that first cigarette that gets you so put it off for as long as you can Keep hands busy, chew on some straws or coffee stirrers get deep into something like a book or research depending on the weather go out and gardenthats my day 1 plan Materials:

God is Great God Is Good Let us thank him for this day perhaps I need to say this more thru out the day as my Mother use to do to help get me thru the day and be thankful for the day . Everyday is something new which is great but always involves me having to handle it or figure it or get the answer, gee can i have a break, It's nice t be needed but at the same time you need to teach responsibility to others so they can take care of them selves ,
Today is a new day, A new way to approach not smoking , a new way to approaching cutting back I have plans for this today : the first thing I have done was change normal morning routine, I have delayed that 1, keep a notebook- omg! I am so a notebook person infact i just love journals, and notebooks all those pretty pens but keeping it organized is the key I have 1 notebook with meal plans recipes I wanna try things i need to buy for the recipe, I have another notebook for notes, ideas things I need to look up just brain things I also have another notebook more as a planner that I highlight the month people i called, things that happened that I need to remember or follow up and things to do
2 A family calendar- keep this up to date I have tried all those apps and on line calendars sure there nice but I just like paper I also have a Command center in the kitchen with a huge calendar hanging so i can see clearly whats happening and when 3 Meal plan- the menu check this the night before or that morning so if theres any last minute items you need you can pick hem up at the store, or take out of the freezer 4 Clean as you go - sue try and teach everyone this one it just gets me if your cooking and at the counter prepping and slicing , wipe counter, do some of those dishes just clean as you go 5 Assign tasks- why do it alone? dont we always ? the way I look at it if Im cleaning the kitchen , cooking, doing dishes well a family member can keep checking and putting dishes away 6 End of the night - Tidy up, is the coffee ready for th morn? is the alarm set? are clothes layed out for next day? is there a spot for things you need to take out with you in the morn so you don forget ? this is what I do every night Food if you know a big storm is coming you have time to go to the store to stock up on some items , I hate it when people wait for the last minute because then it becomes a mad rush everyone flocking at once and theres no reason for that. If your truly prepping for the winter that will be definitely arrive with out question with snow and all the yuckiness that goes along with it then have some of the items on hand : 1.water 2 shelf milk 3 non dairy powder creamier for you coffee (A must) 4, canned goods, peanut butter, nutella, 5 tuna fish 6, coffee Electronics: 1 make sure all cell phones are charged,2 if you have a portable charger make sure thats charged 3 flashlights 4 candles 5 batteries 6 hand cranked radio If you have time to prep have things to do on hand , fun things, just be ready have shovels ready to go, salt for you sidewalks and stairs, make sure you have windshield wiper fluid love this petite ny shell sirloin on sale , cut that up and it works for 3 ppl, there it is in,the pan i just put some live oil in the pan with cut up veggies i would of loved to ad more , but the teenager doesnt like all that good stuff sometimes i can sneak it in and i was happy with this it was enough theres sliced carrots in there , scallions, garlic , fried that up added sliced steak and red cooking wine , then added mushrooms and red peppers cooked down and served it over some triangle cut pita bread and 1 red baked potato, i also made a huge salAd which he dont like but i do and added that to my plate well i have proved to my self i could cut back that its hard but i could do that. now could i really quit ? that's where Im at this morn 6am on a Sunday been up since 3am ya still don't sleep.
But, anyways I didnt not smoke a cicg upon making my coffee its habit, I did not immediately make another coffee and grab a cicg , i did not smoke 6 cicg's in 3 hrs . now if everyone was awake i could be walking around making noise keeping busy making breakfast to get me thru the next hour i think i can really do this , |
