This started months and months ago I would have to say at-least 8 months ago . It started with discomfort during certain movements like reaching in the cabinets or putting my hair in a pony tail, then it progressed to not being able to reach over my head to take my shirt off , not being able to move my arm behind me to put my jacket on or off, I went to Primary Care Doctor, she did a X-Ray of my neck to rule out arthritis in my neck, went back to her weeks later and she though it was a Rotor cuff tear, the pain during certain movements got worst not being able to stretch my arm into refrigerator to get something and then pain just sitting there, I was referred to a Orthopedic he said I had tendinitis and pretty much that was it he told me I needed a cortisone shot after a couple of months of pain that now affected my sleep I decided I would try it. the relief lasted a few weeks then back to pain ,,,back to not sleeping moaning and screaming in pain all night, waking up at 3 am ,so I called him and went in to see him this was I would say 2 months ago and he said I needed a MRI, Boy, that was scary talk about laying still in a tube with the nosiest sound.weeks later I had to go back to have the MrI read. This Dr is just cold and rude, doesnt smile, doesnt explain things, doesnt talk he said you have Frozen Shoulder

Seems now a days everyone has a opinion. and that's great we all have our own beliefs and ideas we all grew up different with beliefs, hopes and dreams but that doesn't mean my opinion , my feeling, my belief is wrong nor is yours, but why do we need to bully or attack each other, people talk about Isis and muslin's and the middle east and there hate for america but aren't we guilty of attacking each other gee maybe that is what the other side wants for Americans to turn against one another as it is now we cant even agree on merry christmas
Half way thru the week, weekend is almost here, its hump day, funny phrases right? but we say same, well lets see yes as far as getting up with a alarm clock yup almost there Saturday will be here and you don't need to set the alarm that's good,weekend is almost here ya so?? I /us we still have to cook and clean to make sure everything in the home runs smoothly , we still have to make sure everyone in the home is getting along and fed and things get done, Women especially should lift each other and support each other

the thing im changing up a little is i have big Italian sausages that i sliced open and I am par boiling ,also, I am using evaporated milk instead of regular milk Just Because your trying to cut things out of your diet that arent that great for you doesnt mean you cant have great taste and flavor in your foods, look at garlic and all the benefits. not to mention most people love garlic baked, dried, fried and raw all good and tasty
Ah, The memories. did you ever look at something and it just brings you back n time ? when things were just so good at-least thru the eyes of a child they were good. I remember My Mother making afghans just like the picture posted , squares, circles, round blankets, shawls dollies, pot holders, scarves, hats and mittens oh and the crotchet slippers..
Its been so long since I have attempted to crotchet , I use to enjoy it now I dont know why I dont any more . maybe because the inside of me is unhappy, or just changed, at any rate i think it will do more damage to me if I attempt this again. 1 my trigger thumb and 2 the frustration although now a days you can learn anything on you-tube. My sister use to make blankets too there were so many other things we would do. sewing was one and by hand or machine, making pillows and my mother made curtains, and a blanket they all matched, I guess there are still people who did that, they must be happy As you all know I am knew to this and like everything else sometimes we need to change things up because we realize ways it could be better well I changed the Header Bar , were you see More.... hover over it and its diy/crafts and hobbies. I also changed some thins in Recipes. Listing every recipe under the categories once beginning to look like a mess so if you are looking for a healthier,lighter meal its listed as healthier , if your are looking for a recipe for chicken soup, or Portuguese soup it will be under soups this is a work in progress so bare with me
I miscalculated It's been 9 days of No Red Meat I had to look at my recipe planner to see what I ate for month of November. I dot know how long I will do this? I haven't really thought of it , I'm sure when I do go to eat a piece of steak I will enjoy it more than I ever did,
