What you see there is peanut butter, nutella and fluff. For a couple of weeks me and my teenager have been wondering can he eat that? will it stick to his braces? the both of us so unsure so heres a list of things you shouldn't eat as best as I can find oh and he had the above sandwich
Foods to Avoid When Wearing Braces
Also avoid biting into hard foods with your front teeth. Cut or break up hard foods such as:
No pain today, no tylenol, he ate a brownie today, a sandwich and ice cream brushed teeth rinsed but still cant floss
Yesterday was the first full days with my teenagers braces, he really didnt have pain just uncomfortable he told me braces suck, I want them off and this sucks (again). I feel so bad I keep telling him after a few days I promise you will get use to it, it will get easier, Seems to be chewing is the problem and for some reason saliva in his mouth??. As far as what he ate yesterday ice cream, 2 puddings, breakfast sausage and hash brown and raviolis. So far, he doesn't have any cuts on the inside of his cheeks which some people do get, I have been given him tylenol to help.
He has been brushing his teeth and rinsing with warm water and salt, We tried to use the floss threader and just cant figure it out even after washing the video so today is day 2 with the braces I hope its better today I have spaghetti-o's , ice cream ,pudding and for dinner I have fish or shepherd's pie Tomorrow is the big day my teenager will be getting braces put on. His teeth are over crowded as you can tell from the pic, He has had 6 pulled, 2 were baby teeth. he did good the needle hurt the most he told me a few days ago we went to the orthodontist and he had the elastic bands put in around 4 teeth (spacers) he did good, but, tomorrow is the big day I have gone over this so much in me head Am I doing the right thing? Will he be alright? Is it gonna hurt? I have heard so many different stories I don't know what to believe but I am prepared, I went out the other day to the store and got him all kinds of different types of soft foods , puddings and ice creams to eat please pray for him i also went out and bought him things that i thought he might need liquid tylenol, plackers makes a floss for orthos and some cream incase he gets cuts on his cheeks while this is going on I also am dealing with Trigger Thumb I will be having surgery next tuesday for this they cut the tendon to unstick my them right now its stuck in the pointing position i have had cortisone shots already with only 1 months relief
