Brown Sugar Roasted Salmon with Maple Mustard Dill Sauce
4 (5 -6 ounce) norwegian salmon fillets, skin removed 1⁄4 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon black pepper, cracked 1⁄2 teaspoon salt 1⁄4 cup maple syrup 1⁄4 cup mustard (grainy or Dijon) 2 tablespoons dill, chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine brown sugar, cracked black pepper and kosher salt in bowl. Mix well. Rub salmon filets with brown sugar mixture, making sure to use all of mixture. Let stand for 15 minutes in refrigerator covered lightly with plastic wrap. Combine maple syrup, mustard and fresh dill in small mixing bowl; set aside. Coat bottom of baking pan with 1 tbsp olive oil. Place salmon fillets in pan and drizzle with remaining oil. Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked to desired temperature. 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 egg 2 tablespoons milk 6 pork chops 3 Tablespoons melted butter Directions Combine the Ritz cracker crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl. Beat egg and milk in shallow bowl. Coat the pork chops in the Ritz crumb mixture. Dip in the egg mixture and into crumbs again. Pour melted butter into baking dish. 1/4 cup butter + 2 tbsp diced onion and scallions approx 1/4 cup 12 oz bag of frozen broccoli or fresh broccoli add more if you love broccoli I did 2 1/4 cups of chicken broth 8oz pkg of cheddar orange cheese 1 1/4 cup milk or 1 cup milk and 1/4 cup half and half cream 1 cup water 1 tbls corn starch nutmeg and pepper for seasoning Directions melt the butter in soup stock pot add onions ,scallions stir cook on low till onions are soft, add broccoli stir cook on low till broccoli is just about cooked 15 min then add the milk stir keep on low 20 min , then add the cheese, nutmeg and pepper stir again on low for another 10 min then stir cornstartch into 1 cup of water mix and add to soup cook 10 min shut off the heat add to a blender or processor and pulse a few time and there you have INGREDIENTS
