My Beef Stew in the Crock pot,
I chopped up carrots, celery, potatoes, and green beans. placed in empty crock pot next I dredged the beef that I cut in half slices in flour then places in a pan with olive oil and butter to brown , placed beef in crock pot got some beef broth poured in the pan and whisked to loosen the brown bits and poured into crock pot added 1 tbls Worcester sauce and 1 tbls of tomato paste cook on low approx 5 hrs 5 to 6 slices bacon 3 tablespoons olive oil or leftover bacon drippings 4 carrots, scraped and thinly sliced 1 onion, peeled and chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon turmeric 4 tablespoons butter (Optional) 1/2 head cabbage, chopped or shredded 4 to 5 potatoes, peeled and cubed Cook bacon, remove from skillet, drain and set aside. Saute onions and carrots until tender in bacon drippings or olive oil. Stir in butter, cabbage, salt, pepper, cumin, and turmeric. Cook uncovered about 20 minutes on medium heat stirring a couple times. Add potatoes, cover and simmer until potatoes are cooked or about another 20 minutes. Crumble bacon slices on top before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Enjoy. I would probably serve this with sausages Cube Steak and Gravy
2 lbs cube steaks salt pepper flour (for dredging) 1 (1 ounce) package onion gravy mix 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup 2 cups water DIRECTIONS Salt and pepper the steak to your liking, then dredge in the flour. Fry steak until brown and place in crock pot. Add water, soup, and gravy mix. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Makes: 4 servings

Basically i had 2 chicken breast that i cut up into big bite pieces added that to a big fry pan with some canola oil all ready in it and hot , put the lid on and flipped 10 min later kept heat on low with cover on for 10 more min , added all cut up veggies i had carrots, ginger, scallions, zucchini, garlic,red pepper , i then mixed that pkg together pictured and made some quick rice added it all together to the pan and thats it, taste so so good

in a skillet fry up ground sirloin and chop up while stirring so its crumbled but yet chunky add to hat pan diced scallions or onions, green pepper if you have and garlic i like to add shredded or thinly sliced carrots, mean time boil potatoes for mashing, once boiled mash potatoes, in a glass casserole dish add the hamburger mixture then the mash potatoes its so easy to use a rubber spatula to spread, next cover with cream corn and bake 20 min next add shredded cheddar cheese and bake 5 more min, that's it, i like to add some hot sauce. Start to Finish: 2 hours 30 minutes (includes rising and baking time) Ingredients¾ cup milk ¼ cup honey 2½ cups all-purpose flour 1½ cups whole-wheat flour 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon instant dry yeast 6 tablespoons butter, melted and divided 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a loaf pan with nonstick spray. 2. In a small pot, heat the milk, honey and ½ cup water over low heat until it’s warm to the touch (or reads 100°F on a thermometer). 3. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment, mix the all-purpose flour with the whole-wheat flour, salt and yeast on low speed to combine. 4. Add the warm milk mixture as well as 4 tablespoons of the melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix on low speed until the dough comes together, 4 minutes. Mix on medium speed until the dough is smooth and pulls away from the bowl, 3 minutes more. 5. Form the dough into a log the same length as the loaf pan. Place the dough into the prepared loaf pan. Cover with a damp towel and let rise until it doubles in size, 1 hour. 6. Brush the bread with the remaining melted butter and bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
