April 25, 2011 | 8 Comments Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe This meal is one of my family’s favorites! It is so easy to make, but tastes like you spent all day in the kitchen {at least my husband thinks so}. My husband liked it so much, he even did the dishes. Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe: (Makes 7 servings) Ingredients: 7 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 7 slices Swiss cheese 7 slices cooked ham 1 cup Italian bread crumbs 1 eggs, whisked together Directions: Preheat over to 350 degrees. Coat a 9″x13″ baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch in thickness. Sprinkle each side of chicken with salt and pepper. Place one slice of cheese and one slice of ham on top of each chicken breast. Roll up each chicken breast and secure with a toothpick. Dip rolled chicken in egg wash, roll in breadcrumbs and place in baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Remove toothpicks and serve. Top with sauce (optional). Sauce (optional):Sauce (optional): 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup milk 1 Tablespoon lemon juiceWhisk together in a sauce pan over medium heat, until warmed through. Serve over chicken.

Basically i had 2 chicken breast that i cut up into big bite pieces added that to a big fry pan with some canola oil all ready in it and hot , put the lid on and flipped 10 min later kept heat on low with cover on for 10 more min , added all cut up veggies i had carrots, ginger, scallions, zucchini, garlic,red pepper , i then mixed that pkg together pictured and made some quick rice added it all together to the pan and thats it, taste so so good

Buttermilk Fried Chicken
Ingredients: 1 Chicken- cut up 3 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons garlic pepper 1 teaspoon sugar 2 teaspoons paprika 1 cup buttermilk 2 eggs 1 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 teaspoon baking soda Olive oil Preheat Oven 350 degrees: In a baking pan, whisk together flour, garlic pepper, sugar and paprika. In a medium size bowl, whisk together buttermilk, eggs, baking powder and baking soda until smooth. Dip each piece of chicken into buttermilk mixture, shaking off excess. Roll in flour mixture and then dip into buttermilk and flour mixture a second time. Place in bakingpan and drizzle with olive oil. Bake about 50-55 minutes or until chicken is golden.
